About the Programme
This is a five-day accredited programme completed in a three-day followed by a two-day training module.
The course is for supervisors and aims to review and build on existing skills and knowledge.
It focuses on current issues for supervisors and provides practical examples of how to deal with everyday situations.
Emphasis is placed on the various roles assumed by supervisors using the work situation as a reference.
The course is an Accredited Programme and participants who undertake the course and have completed work-based assignments and a project will be awarded a certificate from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
